FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry, dental implantology and is intended for use in prosthetic repair of patients with partial and complete adentia using cylindrical implants with screw connection of suprastructures. Mucous-periosteal graft is cut out under anesthesia in the area of absent teeth, topographic and anatomical features of the jaws are evaluated, and bone channels are formed in the optimal for interaction of the implants with tissues of the recipient zone in the depth of the alveolar process and/or jaw body, corresponding to length and 0.2–0.3 mm less than diameter of implants, using boron machine and special cutters, at low rotation speed, under water cooling, between milling holes and bases of nickelide-titanium implanted structures with permeable porosity super elastic corded knitted mesh implant material in form of stocking of sizes 10×10–12×12 mm is placed with cells 1.0×1.0–3.0×3.0 mm, made from super-elastic nickelide-titanium filament with thickness of 25–30 mcm and microporous oxide layer to 7 mcm, dental implants are installed with screw-plugs screwed into the central channels so that the implantation material is evenly distributed between the bone walls of the wells and the implants, plug screws are covered with the above implantation material with width of 10–12 mm with overlapping of the implantation zone by 3–5 mm, the mucous-periosteal graft is placed on the previous place, the wound is closed, and the patient is observed for 3–4 months. After the bone grafting period in the implant is completed, the implants are opened by excision of the mucous membrane in the projection of the blinds, which are removed and gum formers are placed for 7–10 days, visible parts of mesh implant material are placed between threaded parts of gum formers and implanted structures. On completion of gingival epithelisation around the necks of the implants and the base of the gingival shaper, support heads are installed on the place of the latter, their orientation in three-dimensional space is performed, and the dental prosthesis is fixed.
EFFECT: method enables successful dental implantation with partial and complete adentia in patients with imperfect osteogenesis associated with local or common causes.
