FIELD: gas and petroleum and petrochemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a field of adsorption purification of hydrocarbon gases from mercaptans and hydrogen sulfide and may be used in a gas, petroleum and petrochemical industries at recuperation of the zeolites used for these purposes. The method provides for a serial heating up and refrigeration of zeolite by blowing with the help of a methanoic faction used as the gas of recuperation and refrigeration. The methanoic faction is produced by separation of hydrocarbonsC2 and higher from a drained natural gas purified from sulfur compounds. In process of its low temperature condensation and rectification the gas is compressed and cleaned from the compressor oil vapors. At that the methanoic faction before purification from vapors of the compressor oil is mixed with the compressed nitrogen- nitrogen-methanoic fraction - a waste of production of helium concentrate at a ratio ensuring a heating value of the mixture of the fraction up to no less than 7600 kcal/m3. The invention allows to improve the quality of recuperation, to increase duration of the adsorption cycle and service life of zeolite at provision of a high degree purification of natural gas from sulfur compounds and the tank gas quality meeting requirements of specifications.

EFFECT: improved quality of recuperation and purification, increased adsorption cycle duration and service life of zeolite and the tank gas quality meets specifications.
