FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method for repairing surface flaws of articles of gas turbine engine by composition surfaced coating comprises steps of cleaning repaired surface of article; applying onto it filler in the form of paste on base of metallic powder with organic binder; high temperature vacuum soldering and subsequent homogenization of article with composition surfaced coating and final mechanical working of article; before applying filler in the form of paste applying onto repaired surface of article flexible filler in the form of nickel gauze with sintered layer of pellets made of refractory nickel alloy; after applying filler in the form of paste sintering fillers with article in vacuum and then applying onto layer of fillers refractory nickel base solder; placing pellets of uniform size sintered with nickel gauze by one layer. Filler in the form of paste contains powder of refractory nickel alloy with particle size less by 2.5 - 3 times than size of pellets sintered with nickel gauze. High temperature vacuum soldering is realized in mode of thermal-vacuum treatment of base material, possibly at simultaneous homogenization of composition surfaced coating.

EFFECT: increased thickness of repair coating, elimination of porosity and filler flowing off at applying it in any spatial position.
