FIELD: working materials by cutting, possibly fastening solid plate type parts of magnetic materials in metal cutting machine tools.
SUBSTANCE: magnetic attachment includes base supporting housing with windows, arranged in said windows cores with electromagnetic windings and cooling system. Supporting magnetic plate with windows for arranging cores is mounted on housing. On working surface of magnetic plate between said windows there is groove in the form of flat helix. Rectangular cross section coil is arranged in said groove. Heat insulation gasket is placed between supporting magnetic plate and housing.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of working flat surfaces of articles due to enhanced heat removal from worked piece.
