FIELD: X-ray computed tomography.
SUBSTANCE: devices for generating x-rays with a scanning electron beam, electron beam computed tomographs, used both in medicine and in the field of industrial non-destructive testing. The target system segment is made in the form of a volumetric part with a base made of heat-conducting material, having a stepped cross-sectional profile and equipped with steps with arc-shaped plates for generating radiation, located at certain angles to the plane of the tuning plate, and a platform with a tuning plate fixed to it. The target system contains a set of segments fixed with a gap relative to each other on a ring-shaped plate to form at least two arc-shaped targets - internal and external, and one tuning target; the plate is equipped with channels for cooling the segments. An X-ray tube includes a vacuum chamber, at least two electron sources, a magnetic system for rotating, focusing and deflecting electron beams, and a target system for generating X-ray radiation.
EFFECT: creation of a reliable design of an electron beam scanner for X-ray computed tomography, with a scanning area of at least 16 cm, obtaining a high-quality (defect-free) reconstructed image of an object while simplifying the manufacturing and assembly technique.
