SUBSTANCE: device has laser, projecting system, power source, and electric motor. The laser consists of resonator formed with two mirrors mounted in focal planes of two confocal lenses. The resonator receives the amplifying fluid with pulse pumping lamp and power source. The mask is mounted in one of the optical planes spatially coincident with the surfaces of the first and second mirrors. The spatial light modulator made of a disk with holes is mounted on the axle of the motor and set in the optical plane of the first and second lenses.

EFFECT: enhanced resolution of stamp.
