FIELD: shipbuilding; devices for towage of the underwater objects.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with shipbuilding, in particular with equipment specially intended for towage of objects or ships located underwater. The device for fastening of an underwater object to a tow cable contains the cable powerful sealing-off, a gimbal hinge joint, an electrical connector and a unit of sealed input of current carrying cable cores and a rotating current-collecting device filled in with a dielectric liquid. The bodies of the cable powerful sealing-off, the unit of the sealed input of current carrying cable cores, the electrical connector and an outlet hollow shaft of the rotating current-collecting device are in series and rigidly connected to each other with a capability of a undocking of the body of the electrical connector. The body of the rotating current-collecting device is connected with the body of the underwater object or ship by means of the gimbal hinge joint. The electrical connector contains two sealed forks mounted in different parts of its demountable body and a lead-through socket. The unit of the sealed input of the current carrying cable cores and the rotating current-collecting device are supplied with compensators of change of the dielectric liquid volume. The invention provides a free rotation of the tow cable in the whole range of change of an orientation angle of the longitudinal axis of the tow relatively to the underwater object or ship, prevention the sea water penetration the device and reduction of wear of the meeting current carrying parts of the rotating current-collecting device.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the free rotation of the tow cable within the angle of orientation relatively to the underwater object or ship and reduction of wear of the rotating current-collecting device.
