FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as converter of motion of primary internal combustion engine. Proposed engine has housing with central vertical shaft with flywheel installed on bearings, wheels secured on axles and engaging with tracks and furnished with motors to provide rotation of flywheel. According to invention, housing is provided with cover, and wheel tracks are arranged at both sides of flywheel and arm made monorail. Adhesion of wheels and tracks is provided by pressure of hydraulic jacks. Wheels are installed being spaced in 180-120 degree steps over circumference and motors are provided with reduction gears ensuring rotation of lower and upper wheels in opposite directions required for operation of engine. According to one design version, flywheel is made as solid member. In this case wheels and motors with reduction gears are installed inside flywheel, and pressure is created by bracing of housing and its cover and tracks are made on housing and cover of housing. According to other design version flywheel is made of two extensible disks. In this case wheels and motors with reduction gears are installed on housing, pressure is created by moving flywheel disk apart and tracks are made on flywheel planes.
