FIELD: measuring equipment engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes setting two discontinuous values of transfer relations of driving gear between shaft and counter and fixed at value of shaft rotation angle intervals. According to average value of correcting coefficient during previous fixed interval of shaft rotation angle, at the latter a first discontinuous value for transfer relation is set, dependent on average value of correcting coefficient switching to second discontinuous transfer relation is performed. Device (variant 1) has shaft rotations number indicator, counter, decoder, delay block, two memory registers, two delay multi-vibrators, two electromagnets, digital comparator, digital adder, ROM, correcting coefficient indicator, analog-digital converter. Counter, to input of which impulses are sent from shaft rotations indicator, determines measuring interval, at length of which value of correcting coefficient is measured and balanced. At the start of measuring interval by means of driving gear in form of two cylindrical transmissions with different transfer coefficients, switched by means of two electromagnets, first transfer relation is set. When reaching value of measuring interval, value, dependent on average value of correcting coefficient and stored in form of table in ROM, switching to second transfer relation is performed. Device (variant 2) has two sensors of shaft rotations number, correcting coefficient indicator, two windings, five resistors, capacitor, power battery, diode, sound emitter, microprocessor with two inputs for analog-digital converter, ten inputs for input-output of discontinuous information, input for external interruption. By programming, due to counting impulses of sensors of shaft rotations, a measuring interval is set, during which a value of correcting coefficient is measured and balanced by means of microprocessor controller. At start of measuring interval, by means of driving gear in form of shaft with two bushings, rotation of shaft is transferred onto input shaft of counting device by friction engagement of two bushings by means of electromagnet. When reaching value of measuring interval, value, dependent on average value of correcting coefficient and stored in form of tables in controller memory, disengagement of bushings is performed via second electromagnet.
EFFECT: lesser error of measurements, higher reliability and simplified technical realization of device.
