SUBSTANCE: device has at least one sigma-delta transducer, which can output sequence of digital pulses, digital counter which adds output signal from sigma-delta transducer, and attention unit which outputs signal when total signal reaches threshold level. Goal of invention is achieved by design of proportioning unit which has additional unit for digital control of sigma-delta converter gain with digital programmable memory unit which stores parameter which represents gain. Level of parameter is controlled externally. In addition device has digital logic units for logical combination of gain parameter with digital sum which stores in counter in order to determine number of pulses which is required for reaching preset level and output of output pulse.
