FIELD: measuring equipment engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has rotation frequency sensor, impulse former, measuring block, information analysis block, control block and first former of imitation signals, while first input of control block is a check launch input, first output of frequency rotation sensor is connected to first input of impulse former, output of which is connected to second input of control block an through measurement block and information analysis block is connected to signal output of device, first output of control block is connected to input of first former of imitation signals, second output of which is connected to common power bus, also provided are resistor, two electronic keys and second former of imitation signals. Second output of control block is connected to input of first electronic key, first output of which is connected to second input of impulse former and through resistor is connected to common power bus and to second output of rotation frequency sensor. Second output of first electronic key is connected to first output of first former of imitation signals. Third output of control block is connected to input of second electronic key, first output of which is connected to first input of impulse former, and second output - to first output of second former of imitation signals, second output of which is connected to common power bus, and input - to fourth output of control block.
EFFECT: higher control reliability.
