FIELD: production tools for stretching flat frame nets.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has bed 1 that mounts lift table 3 with frame 4. Batten supports 13 with insulators 14 and contact pins 15 are installed in top part of bed 1. Batten supports 13 mount double-arm levers 15 carrying heat-resistant flexible shafts 19 incorporating drive. Heat-insulating dome 26 is disposed on top of bed 1 and heat-insulating shutter 25, under net sheet. They form heat-insulating space. Proposed method includes following procedures: net sheet 27 placed on batten supports 13 is first clamped with aid of heat-resistance flexible shafts 19 and the latter are rotated for pre-stretching net sheet 27, Heat-insulating dome 26 is closed and heat-insulating shutter 25 is brought under net sheet. Current is supplied to contact pins 15 and threads are tensioned in the course of their elongation.

EFFECT: improved quality of net due to uniform tensioning of sheet threads in longitudinal and transverse directions.
