FIELD: equipment for stretching flat net frames. SUBSTANCE: device has frame to which pendulum power-transmission levers are pivotally connected into longitudinal and transversal directions. Drives formed of engines for screw shafts rotation are used for pendulum levers movement and installed on frame. Pushing nuts having rollers are screwed onto shafts so that rollers act on pendulum levers. Device has flexible chamber for net web fixation and preliminary tightening on pendulum levers by acting thereof on pusher, which in turn presses net web to bar. Working table is moved upwards and downwards by screw couple, which includes screw shaft rotated by engine-driven pulley. EFFECT: increased stretch uniformity of net web in perpendicular directions, possibility of material application with wide range of deformation and possibility of independent web tightening in longitudinal and transversal directions. 2 cl, 1 dwg
