FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical tube having end curved as beak. The tube has single-size diameter, internal metal conductor of lesser length, piezoelectric emitter and external air cuff available on the boundary with the beak portion. The other tube end is curved as unclosed coil as a ring and directed with its straight-line portion towards the beak curvature to attached syringe block. Tube is made of polymer material. Method involves introducing the device with its beak portion reaching posterior rhinopharynx wall via the inferior nasal passage, turning the beak 90° towards the opposite ear to get in touch with posterior edge of nasal septum, turning the device with its beak portion towards the ill ear at 180° and setting the beak in pharyngeal exit of the pharyngotympanic tube. Tonal acoustic signal is given via the tube at the moment the process of delivering and setting the device in the pharyngeal exit of the pharyngotympanic tube. The beak is moved in the pharyngotympanic tube bending the structure with the ring and blowing the external air cuff. Device position is controlled using maximum acoustic signal feeling sensation intensity data.
EFFECT: reduced device rigidity; controlled the right beak arrangement in the pharyngotympanic tube.
