FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology. Transmeatal approach to the tympanic cavity is performed, and an auditory of the tympanum orifice of the auditory tube is performed. Then, under the control of an endoscope with diameter of 2.7 mm with a viewing angle of 30° flexible metal conductor with diameter of 0.64 mm is introduced with a button at the end from tympanic to pharyngeal orifice of the auditory tube. A 0.81 mm diameter catheter is worn along the entire length along the entire length; the guide is removed; the auditory tube is irrigated with corticosteroid solution when the catheter is removed from the nasopharynx.
EFFECT: method allows performing the procedure of bougienage of auditory tube from tympanum orifice to nasopharynx, reducing risk of traumatization of mucosa of lumen of eustachean tube.
