FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has protecting structure for enclosing injured body surface portion and connection means for attaching internal cavity of the enclosed space in the protecting structure to pressure source producing pressure lower than the atmospheric one. The protecting structure has air-proof protection shell and porous inlay inside of the protection shell making direct contact wound surface. The protecting structure has glove, sock or sleeve. The glove is manufactured foamed flexible plastic material or rubber foam and the external protection shell is manufactured from air-impermeable sheet-type material. The connection means has tube communicating to the foamed material enclosed in the protection shell. The protection shell has hole repeatedly tightly saleable allowing the wound to be examined from to time. The pressure source is suction pump. Filtering container for collecting exudate from wound is optionally supplied.

EFFECT: accelerated wound treatment process.
