FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating open wounds. The system suggested has got a porous soft interlayer positioned in a wound cavity and an air-tight bandage fixed above the soft interlayer so to provide air-tight thickening towards wound cavity. Proximal end of tubing is connected with a bandage, peripheral end of tubing is connected with the source of negative pressure. A filtering absorbing box is located along the tubing. The first hydrophobic filter is located near the foramen of filtering absorbing box. The second hydrophobic filter is located between the first one and the source of negative pressure. The filter for filtering odors is designed between the first and the second hydrophobic filters. The variants of the system suggested are differ due to the means of fixing a jacket towards a stationary object, due to the means of automatic controlling both the pressure and the frequency wound treating. The innovation provides autonomous stimulation of cell growth in the course of wound healing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of stimulation.
