SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing solution of epsilon-aminocaproic acid used for injection that is an inhibitor of fibrinolysis, i. e. dissolving blood clot with body enzymes. Epsilon-aminocaproic acid solution for injection is prepared by preparing sodium chloride solution with epsilon-aminocaproic acid taken in therapeutically permitted amounts, moderate heating the prepared solution up to temperature 50-60oC at stirring for 20-40 min and the following exposition of solution at temperature 98-102oC for 20-25 min, preliminary filtration from rough mechanical impurities and sterile membrane filtration. Invention provides preparing the injection solution with high quality.
