FIELD: medicine, phthisiology.
SUBSTANCE: one should introduce silver water into patient's respiratory tract at concentration of 0.5-1.0 mg/l water at the quantity of 30-50 ml in the form of aerosols or through a catheter introduced through patient's nose into trachea or bronchi or through thoracic intercostals puncture directly into a cavern, daily during 2-4 mo. The present innovation enables to take algorithms of antituberculosis chemotherapy, at primary and secondary resistance to tubercular mycobacteria, among them. It, also, provides abacillation of tubercular mycobacteria in patient's sputum.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
