SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to phthisiology, and can be used to treat infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis with multiple drug resistance. To do this, prescribe antituberculous drugs, determine the degree of drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis to isoniazid and the level of inactivation of isoniazid in the urine and in the presence of low resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis to isoniazid in 1 mcg/ml and inactivation of the drug over 16 % of the isolated active isoniazid in the patient's urine, isoniazid is additionally administered by regional lymphotropic administration.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment by overcoming a low degree of drug resistance in individuals belonging to “weak” inactivators when bacterial isolation is stopped and the decay cavities are closed.
