SUBSTANCE: invention relates to immunomodulating preparation "OLETIM" a method for it preparing and the injection form. The preparation "OLETIM" represents the complex of biologically active peptides with molecular mass from 10.0 to 0.5 kDa isolated from reindeer thymus gland. The preparation elicits immunomodulating properties expressed in providing the maturation of T-lymphocytes, elevating amount of immunoglobulins of classes Ig G and Ig M and enhancing bacterial and phagocyte activity of macrophages. Method for preparing the preparation "OLETIM" involves milling reindeer thymus gland and isolation of active substances is carried out by extraction of homogenate with an aqueous-saline solution, denaturation of thermolabile substances by heating, removing coagulate, separation of biologically active substance firstly on membrane retaining substances with molecular mass 10.0 kDa and then on membrane retaining substances with molecular mass 0.5 kDa. Injection formulation of agent prepared by the claimed method is diluted with the nipagin solution up to the content 30-150 mcg of protein in 1 ml. Invention provides the development of injection formulation of the preparation.
