SUBSTANCE: thymus tissue of wild north deer (age is before 3.5 years) is homogenized in sodium chloride solution, homogenate is kept at 2-6 C for 12-18 h, precipitate is discarded, heated up to 80 C and kept at required temperature for 15 min; precipitate is removed, cooled, supernatant is treated with acetone, precipitate is formed which is dried, dissolved in tris-HCl buffer, ultrafiltered through membranes with nominal retention limit by globular proteins 6000-12000 dalton following by chromatography on Sephadex G-50, and fraction with mol. mass 1350-6000 dalton is collected.
