FIELD: procedure of control of stationary objectives and transport facilities at a restricted movement of the arm, forearm and hand of the operator.

SUBSTANCE: the variants of functioning and operating conditions of the controlled systems are changed by action on the multifunctional tactile elements. The multifunctional elements are positioned on the complex controls under the operator's hands. The amplitude of hand motion is inconsiderable. Installed on the complex elements are also selector switches for changing the functions of the multifunctional tactile elements. A computer forms commands to the facilities of direct control of the systems located outside the operator's workplace. The facilities of direct control of on-board systems via computing-logical elements are electrically coupled to the console tactile elements of inoperative control. After the display on the visual indicator of the schematic images of the multifunctional elements with a video information on the possible functions of these elements at determination of the task or situation of control, variants of functioning and operating conditions of the controlled systems the operator's hand fingers act in turn on the tactile selector switches and multifunctional tactile elements up to the completion of adjustment of the controlled systems to the required variants of their functioning and operating conditions. The operator follows the video information on the changed position and functions of the multifunctional tactile elements.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability, convenience and comfort of control.
