FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to slewing circles of cranes-manipulators. Proposed device contains frame base fixed outrigger beam and extension outriggers, post with slewing mechanism installed on frame base on taper single-row roller bearings including open gear train and two-step planetary reduction gear with hydraulic motor, oil tank and control equipment. Inner space of fixed outrigger beam of frame base is divided into two channels by central vertical partition. Said channels are stopped from one of end faces by welded-to rear walls with through holes to pass corresponding hydraulic communication main lines. Said guide adjacent channels are pf identical cross section to receive extension beams with outriggers, open ends being pointed to different directions and strengthened from outside by U-shaped end face collar welded-to reinforcement members. One of cantilevers of turnable balance beam of base is shorter than the other, and cylindrical axle of hinge joint of said beam is made thin-walls, with cross-section developed in diameter. Flat reinforcement disk is welded in inner space in center of beam. Pipe connecting base housing frames is made in form of thin-walled conical shell narrowing downwards and provided with local through cutout in one of side walls orientated, crosswise and profiled over outer contour of fixed outrigger beam mated with it in place of welding. It is provided with through radial hole for shank of cylindrical axle of balance beam hinge joint at diametrically opposite side. Upper end frame of said housing is made 1.5 times greater in diameter as compared with lower end frame and is provided with cylindrical step and multifaced flat flange arranged under cylindrical step and rigidly mated with corresponding faces of upper plate of box.
