FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns shock- and frost-resistant compositions gased on isotactic (co)polypropylene, which can be used in motor car industry, construction, light industry branches, and for manufacturing industrial-destination parts. Composition contains, wt%: isotactic polypropylene or propulene copolymer with 5-12% ethylene and melt fluidity factor 1.0-10 g/10 min, 62.79-82.0; high-fluidity isotactic polypropylene with melt fluidity factor 90-5000g/10 min and degree of crystallinity up to 90%, 0.1-3.0; propylene/ethylene copolymer-based rubber, 8.0-16.0; low0density polyethylene, 1.0-12.0; mineral powderlike filler, 2.0-15.0; organic peroxide with half-decay period 1-19 min at 170oC, 0.05-2.0; and thermal stabilizer, in particular 3,5-di-tert-bytyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionate and ether of the same hydroxyphenyl with pentacrythritol, 0.1-0.5.
EFFECT: increased surface strength of product and wear resistance, and improved fluidity of polymer melt during formation of product.
