FIELD: liquids mass measuring technologies.

SUBSTANCE: method includes bringing full distributed volume of fuel from reservoir to standard temperature as well as total of momentary volume shares of fuel sent to consumer. After comparing these volumes, a volume of fuel is sent to consumer matching full distributed volume of fuel from reservoir, while consumer pays for ordered amount of fuel respectively to its mass, denseness of which matches denseness of fuel at standard temperature. Also described is device for counting flow of fuel, including sensor of starting temperature of fuel and densitometer mounted in reservoir for storing fuel. Device contains relay device with pump mounted on its force main as well as fuel supply cutter, current fuel flow temperature converter, impulse volumetric counter as well as force block electrically connected to pump and fuel cutter. Device also includes electronic computer with microcontroller and its memory block, impulse former, shares corrector connected to temperature converter for current fuel flow and impulse volumetric counter connected to microcontroller, display panel. Additionally device has fuel flow set-point device, comparing block, controlling device electrically connected to force block, which is mounted in relay device, impulse adder, and set-point device for conditional-constant denseness.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
