FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises the first and second flow meters arranged on the ICE force and drain pipelines. The fuel tank accommodates a level meter with thermometer connected via a communication interface with the computer furnished with the User interface. Every flow meter incorporates built-in thermometer, fixed memory and a pulse generator with its output connected to appropriate computer input. The pressure pickup is connected to the force pipeline between the first flow meter and the first pulsation suppression filter. The ICE cooling liquid circulation circuit accommodates the third thermometer. In measurement, the measured volumes at the ICE inlet and outlet are corrected using the values of temperature at the points of measuring volume flow. The weight of fuel in the tank is calculated and the volume and weight values are reduced to the values corresponding to 20°C. An actual amount of received fuel and the difference between the actual and estimated amounts are determined. Invention allows detecting and recording unauthorised bleeding of fuel.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of flow rate measurements; control over the engine state.
