FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: device is provided additionally with NOR circuit connected with parallel terminal of input/output and with one of inputs of AND gate. Second input of AND gate is connected with output of count pulse oscillator. Output of AND gate is connected with clock input of counter being the first in the row of counter connected in series. Output of count termination of the first counter is connected with clock input of second counter. Reset inputs of counters are connected with output of pulse forming unit and outputs of counters are connected with parallel terminal of input/output unit.

EFFECT: improved speed of operation; widened dynamic range of measurements.
