FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method is based on measurement of transition process in sensitive element which incorporates inductance, resistor and diode connected in parallel, on conversion of pulse duration to amplitude and to code with its subsequent transmission via bi-directional parallel port into personal computer.
