SUBSTANCE: electrical machine has magnetically permeable rotor and stator whose magnetic circuit is made of magnetically permeable rings and longitudinal closing strips; circular armature windings whose number depends on phase number are disposed between two adjacent magnetically permeable rings; angular position of teeth on magnetically permeable rings of different phases differs by 2π/m electrical radians, where m is phase number; motor rotor mounts permanent magnets whose polarity is alternating in tangential direction; tooth number on magnetically permeable rings of stator is twice as small as that of rotor; teeth of circular magnetic circuits carrying circular winding in-between are offset through angle equal to angular width of rotor pole.
EFFECT: enhanced torque, power output, and efficiency; reduced mass and size.
