FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, vacuum cleaner suction unit for removal of dust from covers, blankets etc.
SUBSTANCE: suction unit has casing with suction box for creating of dust suction channel, two rotating members positioned for rotation at both sides of box suction opening, at least one wheel arranged on casing and energy transmission device for rotating of said member by transmitting wheel rotation force to rotating member during rotation of wheel. Mounting member designed for mutual fixing of two rotating members has suction grid arranged in the vicinity of suction opening. Catching protrusion on casing inner side is adapted for restricting motion amplitude of rotating member. Each rotating member is made in the form of cylinder arranged parallel with axis of rotation of wheel and equipped with plurality of protrusions formed as ribs on cylinder outer surface longitudinally of rotating member. Ribs are arranged at different sites in direction of rotation of rotating member. Rotating member is movable within predetermined amplitude so that its height may be changed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in removal of dust from blankets or covers and simplified construction.
