FIELD: personal demand items.
SUBSTANCE: cyclone dust separation component is designed for being used in vacuum cleaner and consists of the component which is made with the possibility of being installed between suction nozzle and vacuum cleaner housing and which comprises vortex flow and serves for swirling the air drawn through suction nozzle, and a dust collector with an open end and a closed end, which is intended for collecting and accumulating dust or fouling extracted by means of vortex flow. The component comprising the vortex flow, and the dust collector, are made in the form of individual tubular elements. The component comprising the vortex flow consists of a cyclone housing the longitudinal size of which is equal to longitudinal size of dust collector or less than it, and in the first end of which there is an air inlet hole, and in the second end of which there is an air outlet hole. In the cyclone housing, on the side of its first end there located is a spiral guide element which has a cylindrical element and a spiral plate and is designed for directing the air in the form of spiral, which enters through the air inlet hole. In the cyclone housing, on the side of its second end there located is the discharge tube passing through the air outlet hole to the outside of the cyclone housing. For connecting the dust outlet hole which is provided on one side of the second end of the cyclone housing to the open end of dust collector, and for directing the dust or fouling discharged through the dust outlet hole, the dust guide consisting of a sleeve is provided for the open end of dust collector. The above sleeve is an integral part of the cyclone housing, thus it can be interconnected with the dust outlet hole and with the open end of dust collector. The latter is connected to the sleeve so that it is located parallel to the cyclone housing. The first end of the cyclone housing with the air inlet hole is made in the form of a separate suction tube connected to the cyclone housing with the possibility of being detached. Discharge tube is connected to the air outlet hole of the cyclone housing with the possibility of being detached, and dust collector on its open end is connected to the dust guide with the possibility of being detached.
EFFECT: improving cleaning efficiency owing to decreasing dust and fouling leakage from dust collector to cyclone and reducing the probability of cyclone blockage during the operation, and simplifying the component design and cleaning.
