SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely dentistry, and represents a complex (1) for a dental prosthesis manufacturing, containing a reference model (2), made using additive technology by applying the material in successive layers (3), such as 3D printing, and containing a fixing screw (4) with external thread (4a), designed for detachable attachment of the denture element to the reference model (2). 2) contains at least one support surface designed for a denture to be placed on it, the surface being in the position of a support for the denture element, and the above support surface is made during the manufacture of the reference model (2) by means of additive technology. The reference model (2) contains at least one threaded cavity (6), the internal thread (6a) of whichthat is intended for screwing the said fixing screw (4) into it, is made during the manufacture of the reference model (2) by means of additive technology. The external thread (4a) of the fixing screw (4) has a pitch (P) greater than or equal to 10 times the thickness (E) of the layers (3), and has a thread height (H) greater than or equal to 5 times the thickness (E) of the layers (3).
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to keep the costs down and reduce the risks of inaccuracies by applying material in successive layers and ensuring reliable retention of the prosthesis on the reference model, while the prosthetist is working on the prosthesis.
