FIELD: chemical industry; production of chloro-organic products.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of chemical industry, production of chloro-organic products, in particular with field of production of chloro-organic products and their purification by distillation. Installation for purification by distillation of chloro-organic dissolvents contains a cube connected to the source of initial dissolvent, a packed discontinuous rectifying column of periodical action mounted on it and connected to it, the upper part of which is connected to the partial condenser and the latter from the side of its outlet is connected to the upper part of the rectifying column and to the containers for the distillation product collection. At that the installation is additionally supplied at least with two containers for selection of products of reactive qualifications and with a separator of selection of the water intermediate fraction. The separator is mounted at the partial condenser outlet and is connected both to the rectifying column and to the container for collection of the solvent stripper through the separator. The rectifying column is composed from three glass rings of equal height hermetically linked to each other and the diameter of the packed rectifying column makes from 0.06 up to 0.07 of the rectifying column height. The height of the latter makes from 2800 up to 3200 mm. The cube is made out of the enameled pig-iron, and the partial condenser and the containers for collection of the distillation product are made out of a glass. The invention allows to increase the overall performance of the installation for purification by distillation of chloro-organic products and to conduct a fine purification by distillation of carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, trichloroethylene, methylene chloride and perchloroethylene.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase effectiveness of operation of the installation for purification of chloro-organic products by distillation and to conduct their fine purification.
