FIELD: equipment for washing of machine parts and units with the use of mechanical vibrations.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bath and platform mounted inside bath and suspended on lower parts of two brackets for performing of vibratory motions. Two containers with perforated walls and bottom are mounted on platform and adapted for receiving of contaminated parts therein. Platform is made in the form of welded frame connected with lower parts of brackets. Shaft is fixed on bath by means of bearing unit and connected with upper parts of two brackets and with reducer output shaft. Two platform motion restricting members made in the form of flexible plates are attached on bath inner surface opposite platform ends. Apparatus is equipped with retainer for fixing platform in extreme position. Retainer is formed as mechanical latch fixed on bath inner surface. Engine is made asynchronous and single phase. Engine winding is connected to ac mains and engine shaft is connected to reducer input shaft. Apparatus has simplified construction owing to usage of asynchronous single-phase engine free from starting circuit and owing to absence of crank mechanism.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced power consumption.
