FIELD: heating systems, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vibration driers for loose materials. Drier includes housing fixed on frame which is installed on vibration isolators, system of gas supply under grid, ID-fan for removing waste gas, feed bin and lock unloading device. Inside housing there located is inclined vibration active grid connected to vibrator. Single-phase linear asynchronous motor combined with return spring serves as vibrator. On vibration active grid in a staggered order there located are electric heating elements which are rigidly fixed and enclosed with perforated covers. Heating elements are cooled with gas flow passing through grid. Use of linear asynchronous motor allows simplifying drive design, reducing its material consumption, as well as reducing energy consumption owing to energy recovery from spring to electric network.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability of heating elements, intensifying process of heat transfer to dried material, improving drying quality by more uniform distribution of heat flow in loose medium.
