FIELD: polymers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regeneration of polymeric materials and designated for applying in rubber-technical industry and in manufacturing polymeric materials by casting method under pressure, extrusion and pressing. At the first stage rubber crumbs representing milled rubber of car tires are mixed with bitumen as a vulcanizing agent in the ratio 1:1 and mixture is kept at temperature 160-170⁰C for 4-5 h. Then at the second stage this mixture is rolled for 20-90 min and then at the third stage low-pressure or high-pressure polyethylene is added to mixture and stirred at temperature 160-170⁰C and rotor rate revolution 80-120 rev/min for 10-15 min. The prepared thermoplastic elastomer elicits the enhanced physical-mechanical properties.
