FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a thermoplastic elastomeric composition high resistance to aggressive media based on high-pressure polyethylene and chlorosulphonated polyethylene, which can be used to make, via pressure casting and extrusion, spacers, bushings, sealing rings and other industrial rubber articles operating in contact with aggressive media. The method is realised through dynamic mixing of a thermoplastic polymer with an elastic polymer. The elastic polymer used is chlorosulphonated polyethylene and the thermoplastic polymer is polyethylene, with the following ratios of components in wt %: polyethylene 20-60, chlorosulphonated polyethylene 40-80.
EFFECT: obtaining a thermoplastic elastomeric composition with high resistance to aggressive media, ozone and the atmosphere, as well as with high physical and mechanical properties.
