FIELD: petrochemical industry; production of hydrocarbon solvents.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of a white spirit from oil distillates with a high share of sulfides and aromatic hydrocarbons and is dealt with the field of petrochemical industry, in particular with production of white spirit. For a realization of the method the preliminary desalted and dewatered oil is subjected to fractionations at atmospheric pressure for separation of a gasoline fraction. Topped oil is heated up to 355-365°С and then fractionation is conducted by feeding of a live steam with temperature of 160-170°С and pressure of 10 atmospheres into a lateral stripping of an atmospheric column. At that they separate a heavy petrol or naphtha fraction, chill it and expose to hydrogenation at the presence of a catalyst representing cobalt, Nickel, Molybdenum (Co, Ni, Mo) oxides on the base of aluminum oxide. Before hydrogenation the fraction is mixed with hydrogenous gas, heated up and fed into a reactor, where the fractionation process is conducted at the temperature of 250-315°С, pressure 28-32 atm. And with a circulation order of hydrogenous gas of 200-350 nm3/m3. Produced hydrogenate after condensation, separation of exuberant hydrogen and a part of the produced products is stabilized and fed into the rectifying column for secretion of white spirit. Preferably alumo-cobalt-nickel-molybdenum catalyst is loaded into a reactor a layer by layer: the first layer represents a mix of nickel oxide and molybdenum oxide based on aluminum oxide, the second layer is a mix of cobalt oxide and molybdenum oxide based on aluminum oxide. The technical result is production of the high-quality white spirit characterized by the low share of sulfur-containing compounds and aromatic hydrocarbons at practically complete absence of olefins and using a simplified procedure from oil distillates extracted from high-sulfuric and highly aromatic oils.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of high-quality white spirit with the low share of sulfur-containing compounds and aromatic hydrocarbons at practically complete absence of olefins by simplified procedure.
