FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: plug has chamber with valving and system for supplying fluid, jacket which covers the chamber, and flexible loops mounted at the end of the jacket. The jacket and chamber are cylindrical and provided with two bottoms. The flexible plug is inserted into the pipeline. The fluid is supplied to the internal space of the plug. Before inserting the plug its end is mounted inside the plug. After inserting the plug into the pipeline a part of it is removed from the plug and set into the pipeline by supplying the fluid.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
