SUBSTANCE: method involves separating gas flow into two ones; feeding the first gas flow into heat-exchanger and expanding the second one in the main vortex tube; directing cold flow from vortex tube into return heat-exchanger flow; taking off excessive energy from vortex tube by cooling of energy-transfer chamber thereof with cold flow supplied from supplementary vortex tube; directing cold flow cooled energy transfer chamber of vortex tube into return heat-exchanger flow.
EFFECT: increased liquefaction process efficiency.
