FIELD: technologies for non-destructive control of materials and products.
SUBSTANCE: device has laser, optical axis of which is parallel to longitudinal axis of x-ray emitter, first and second deflectors, mounted, respectively, before first and second output ends of laser, two cylindrical lenses, mounted, respectively, between output ends of laser and deflectors, also provided are light splitter mounted on laser axis at angle of 45° to it at distance H≥(D/2) from x-ray beam, first additional deflector, mounted on axis, perpendicular to laser axis and passing through center of light splitter, at distance H≥(D/2) from it, second additional deflector, mounted at 45° angle on axis parallel to axis of x-ray beam and passing at distance H≥(D/2) from it, in point of crossing of this axis with axis, parallel to laser axis and passing through center of first additional deflector, third cylindrical lens placed between light splitter and first additional deflector on axis connecting their centers in such a way, that flat dispersing laser beam passes in plane passing through axis of x-ray beam perpendicularly to plane of laser beam formed by first cylindrical lens and first deflector.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
