FIELD: nondestructive tests of equipment using roentgen rays.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has laser, two reflectors of which one is installed at intersection point of optical axes of laser and X-ray beams and other one, on optical axis of laser radiation output beyond projection of X-ray emitter output window onto this axis, means displaying distance between X-ray emitter and equipment, and two cylindrical lenses mounted on laser emission axis across each output beam. This device is characterized in capability of cylindrical lens input/output into/from laser beam. In addition device has beam splitter on laser beam axis that functions to produce image in television camera and spherical lens installed instead of first cylindrical lens. Device incorporates provision for checking X-ray beam axis for perpendicularity to equipment surface.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of roentgen beam axis pointing to equipment area due to point brightening by laser beam.
