FIELD: food-processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pressurizing cover for vessel filled with oxygen-saturable liquid, and air pipe attached in sealing relation to pressurizing cover so that vessel cavity is communicated with atmosphere entirely through air pipe. Length of air pipe is at least 95% the height of vessel. Beverage is oxygenated when user begins to drink beverage through drinking straw by inserting it into air pipe, with diameter of drinking straw being smaller than diameter of air pipe. Apparatus provides for normobaric oxygenation of organism.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced cost and reliable transportation of apparatus.
