FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free and food-processing industry, namely to devices and methods for preparing oxygen cocktails. Device includes a bowl with a cover and an oxygen concentrator connected to it. In the neck part of the bowl there are elements of cover attachment. On the back side of the cover there is a nozzle with an opening for a flexible tube for oxygen supply, on which there is an adjusting valve. Oxygen supply tube connects the oxygen concentrator with the bowl through the hole in the cover and is submerged into the bowl. Oxygen feed tube in the bowl ends in a sprayer in the form of a bulk porous element. During the cocktail preparation the drinking base is poured into the bowl and a foaming agent is added. Foaming agent in the bowl is stirred until complete dissolution, the bowl is tightly closed with a cover with a spout, then an oxygen concentrator is switched on and oxygen is supplied through the tube to the control valve. By means of opening of adjustment valve there installed is force of oxygen supply from concentrator through tube to sprayer. Oxygen is fed into the sprayer through the tube at rate of 3.0 to 5.0 l/min at a pressure of up to 1 atm. Using the sprayer, oxygen is distributed over the area of contact with the composition for preparing the oxygen cocktail and the ready cocktail is poured into the container through the spout.
EFFECT: use of invention improves quality of resulting product.
