SUBSTANCE: one should perform esophageal demucosation along the line of desired resection at the level of inferior thoracic and cervical esophageal departments. One should resect circularly muscular membrane, both superior and inferior edges of muscular membrane of esophageal part to be resected, fix with ligatures-holders and separate with scissors against submucous foundation at the length of 1.5-2 cm, cross cervical esophageal part, apply a phlebextractor through additional opening developed at anterior wall of mobilized submucous membrane of abdominal esophageal end through the lumen onto cervix, fix mobilized submucous membrane of cervical esophageal end at a phlebextractor, remove mucous-submucous membrane by turning inside out as a stocking in isoperistaltic direction with the help of traction by phlebextractor and due to fixing muscular membrane of cervical esophageal department by ligatures-holders, apply isoperistaltic gastric stalk developed out of greater curvature inside demucosed muscular esophageal sheath towards cervix, put esophageal-gastric anastomosis into muscular sheath. The method enables to develop natural anatomical sheath restricting infection development.

EFFECT: decreased traumaticity of surgical interference.
