SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of gastric transplant from stomach greater curvature; mobilization of esophagus; esophagectomy; formation on distal part of esophagus stump of muscular constrictor and separation of muscular layer 10-12 mm wide; turning of muscular layer upward; bringing of gastric transplant to esophagus; location of suture line over lesser curvature of transplant on the middle of front semicircle of anastomosis; formation of valve by invagination of excessive mucous-submucous layers of esophagus stump and gastric transplant into lumen of transplant; application of two rows of suture between esophagus stump and gastric transplant.
