FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing selective vagotomy. Repeated stomach stump resection is carried out. Gastroduodenal anastomosis is created. Stomach stump is formed as cone-shaped tube of known size. A strip of seromuscular layer is removed at the distal end of the stomach stump. Seromuscular membrane is circularly cut a little bit distal with respect to the duodenum stump edge. The seromuscular membrane is removed from the frontal wall as arc-shaped strip. Then, posterior semicircle of the anastomosis is formed. Next to it, anterior semicircle of the anastomosis is formed. Mucosubmucous layers of the stomach and duodenum stump are invaginated. Valve-cusp is formed. EFFECT: normalized motor evacuation stomach function. 16 dwg
