SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing an agent directed for recovery of metabolic processes and correction of functions of immune system. Method for preparing nanomolecular selenoprotein involves extraction of protein from protein-containing vegetable raw with organic solvents followed by addition of selenium, treatment of mixture in electromagnetic sinusoidal high-frequency field and then with trypsin, addition of selenium ions to formed nanoparticles of selenoprotein molecule in the ratio 1:8 and repeated exposition in high-frequency electromagnetic field 20-30 GHz. Agent obtained by the proposed method elicits the expressed immunotropic and metabolic effect without toxicity, soluble in water and biological fluids - blood, lymph and liquor.
