FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trucks with spring-cab arranged over engine and particularly to cab tipper. Proposed cab tipper has hydraulic pump connected by pipelines with hydraulic cylinder secured on vehicle frame, bracket secured on cab floor framework, and intermediate lever connected with rod of hydraulic cylinder. Locking device in form of spring-loaded catch, and pusher are hinge-mounted on bracket. Stop is found on intermediate lever. Rod of hydraulic cylinder is provided with shaped head. One end of intermediate lever is hinge-secured on bracket, and other end is connected by axle with head of rod made for interaction through pusher with locking device at initial moment of cab tipping. Locking device, in its turn, is made for fixing intermediate lever at initial moment of cab tipping stationary relative to base of cab by means of stop, and in traveling position, for releasing. Automatic fixing and releasing of movable parts of cab tipping mechanism relative to base is provided. Invention improves reliability and increases service life of cab tipper at reduction of noise produced by mechanism in movement of truck.
EFFECT: improved layout capabilities of truck.
